Three killed in road mishap Mahaboobnagar
Mahaboobnagar : Three students of engineering were killed and two others injured when the car they were travelling in hit a roadside tree on Ranuz-Isampur road in Patan district today, police said. The mishap occurred when the driver of the car apparently lost control over the vehicle while trying to save it from colliding with a two-wheeler coming from the opposite direction, Chanashma station police Sub-Inspector K S Jaiswal, said.
"The five occupants of the car were students of Sanjivni Engineering College in Gandhinagar and were on their way to Patan to celebrate weekend at their friend's house, who is also among the deceased," he said, adding, two others with serious injuries were rushed to Dharpur hospital in Patan.
